Sunday School

Age graded classes are offered for babies through kindergarten on Sunday mornings at 9:45 in the children's building. Lifeway's Bible Teaching for Kids series is used where children enjoy Bible stories, crafts, music, center play and snacks while learning about Jesus with their friends!

Extended Session (Nursery Care)

Nursery care for babies through 3 years olds is provided during the 8:30am and 11:00am worship services on Sunday morning and for babies through 2 year olds during the 6pm Sunday evening service and the 6:30pm Wednesday prayer service.

Children's Worship

Children's Worship is offered during the 11am worship service for 4 years old through 2nd grade in our old sanctuary. Children participate in a multisensory worship experience that allows them to be introduced to corporate worship. We model all the things that occur in an adult worship service like singing, a Bible message, and offering, however, they are taught on a child's level and also involve games and activities that reinforce the Bible message. Children are taken directly from their Sunday School classes so parents are free to go directly to the worship service.

Discipleship/Choir

Preschool discipleship and choir is offered during the school year for 2 year olds through kindergarten from 5:00pm - 7:00pm. Preschoolers rotate through different activities including BIble story, activites/crafts, snack and choir.

Mission Friends

Mission Friends is offered for preschoolers ages 2 through kindergarten on Wednesday nights from 6:30pm - 7:30pm during the school year. Mission Friends provides a strong foundation for preschoolers in a Christian and missions lifestyle. They learn about missionaries all over the world and have opportunity to pray for them and participate in hands on mission project throughout the year.

Safety/Security

In order to help parents feel at ease when leaving their child and to provide a secure environment, parents with babies through toddlers are issued beepers when leaving their children. Parents with preschoolers who are 2 and 3 years old are given a security card which must be shown when picking up their child.

Special Events

Special events that are family oriented are held throughout the year to meet the needs of families and reach those who are lost and unchurched. These events include Easter Extravaganza, Children's Day, Vacation Bible School, Family Fling, Back to School Bash, Fall Festival, Kids' Night Out, Veggie Tales Premiers, Family Night in Bethlehem and Family Skate nights.
