Lifeline Health Screenings - April 27

All Senior adults are invited to be a part of the community-wide Lifeline Health Screening. There will be five different types of screenings that day:

• Carotid Artery Screening
• PAD Screening
• Atrial Fibrillation Screening
• Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm Screening
•  Osteoporosis Screening.

• Each screening is $45.00. For more information or to register , call 800-772-8260. You can schedule screenings between 8:30am-5:30pm. You MUST pre-register for your screenings. Screenings will fill up fast so make sure to get your appointment today.
