Sunday Night Discipleship
The discipleship ministry at Southside is designed to provide a place where each individual feels welcomed and accepted, can grow spiritually through the intentional systematic study of God's Word, and then be motivated to serve. Through this focus, our small groups and discipleship classes become more than just a group of friends they become Kingdom Building teams.
In Matthew 28:19-20 Jesus commands his followers to “go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I shall be with you always, to the very end of the age.” At Southside, our goal is for Bible Study to be a member-led movement to fulfill this Great Commission.
